Kind of crying because these turned out so well and were so easy to make. Raw chocolate peanut butter cups!
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons agave or maple syrup
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
pinch of salt
Begin by making your peanut butter by blending peanuts in a food processor until creamy. I also recommend trying with almond butter sometime! Once the peanut butter is finished spoon a small amount and place in muffin/cupcake tin or paper cups. I used mini paper muffin/cupcake cups because it’s easier to just remove the paper once they are finished. Once you have finished filling up all your cups with peanut butter begin to make the chocolate sauce. Blend the listed ingredients above until completely blended. Pour sauce on top of peanut butter until full. If you are using the paper cups I wouldn’t fill to the very top so you have some paper to grip and pull off when finished. Place chocolate peanut butter cups into the freezer for at least a few hours (I left overnight). Move cups to the fridge at least 20-30 minutes before eating. And of course, enjoy!!
